Delays
We are not responsible for any delays after the item has been posted. You will need to contact Australia post.
Tracking numbers
You can track your parcel easily using the tracking number that will be emailed to you after you check out. This often goes to your spam folder but if you can't find it please email us at hunterandhide@gmail.com and we will provide it for you.
Shipping times
I try to get to the post office as quickly as I can after I receive your order however there can sometimes be delays. I am a one woman show here so I do get sick, cars do break down and I also have a full time job. I try to get to the post office 2-3 times a week, usually after work. My local post office is closed on weekends so if you place an order on Friday or over the weekend, it will not be posted until Monday afternoon.
Local Pickup
As I still work full time you must arrange a local pickup with me before placing an order. I am now located in Muswellbrook and do not have a physical store. This business is run from my house. If you ring and I don’t answer please leave a message or send a text so I can get back to you.
Longhorns
Longhorns are a tricky one to post. Anything over 105cm needs to be shipped through a courier so you'll have to contact us to purchase them and I'll provide a shipping quote for you.
Breakage; I go to a lot of effort to wrap these horns in a significant amount of bubble wrap and cardboard to ensure they are safe. If you receive your horns and they are damaged please let me know as soon a possible and send me pictures. I always insure them so I can usually get some sort of refund for damaged items. If the wooden board is broken this is easily fixed. I can send you a replacement board and you can reattach it yourself. Depending on the horns I most likely do not want them back due to the cost of shipping so if there is more damage then I can send you a partial or full refund dpending on what is broken as long as you've informed me and sent me photos immediately.
Express post; please avoid selecting express shipping when purchasing longhorns. The cost jumps significantly and in most cases I will need to refund your shipping and post it regularly. I will always try to contact you first so please leave an email and phone number.
Wholesale; If you are a wholesale customer and require shipping, it is your job to pay for shipping and extra cover. I will let you know the shipping costs and add it onto your invoice. If you decide not to pay for extra cover then you will not be compensated if Australia Post or the courier damage or lose your oder.
